出了什么问题？(What Happened?)

如何复现？(How to reproduce?)

操作列在右侧渲染
Table需要足够宽（出现滚动条）
给操作列加 fixed="left" 让操作列固定在左侧

预期结果(What you expect?)
操作列不根据渲染的顺序，而是根据配置固定在表格左侧，在拖动横向滚动条时有固定效果，显示正常
