Description

Add a tagging system and search functionality to help users organize and retrieve their entries more effectively. Users will be able to tag entries by topics (e.g., "travel," "goals," "gratitude") and easily search for specific entries or topics.

Proposed Features

  • Tagging System: Allow users to add tags to each entry for easy categorization.
  • Search Functionality: Provide a search bar that enables users to find specific entries based on keywords or tags.
  • Tag Management: Enable users to view and manage tags they've created.

Tasks

  1. Tagging UI: Design a system for users to add and manage tags within each entry.
  2. Search Interface: Create an accessible search bar to filter entries by tags or keywords.
  3. Database Integration: Implement a tagging and indexing system in the backend for efficient search results.

Benefits

  • Improves journal organization and accessibility.
  • Enhances user experience by making it easier to find past entries.
