Issue Summary

In the contributors page, any email can be entered in order to subscribe, which is not feasible also it would be better to add an alert when a new subscriber enters

Actual Results

Any random email that does not exist is being accepted for subscription, also better to add an alert when subscribed.

Expected Results

Better to add and customize so that it accepts only the existing emails and also an alert message on subscribing.
