referring to the: TMY data set for Melbourne. Downladed .csv. A few comments.
Great product. very happy to see it and am very interested in the satelite gridded TMY set for the whole of Australia (assming you are working towards it now you have dev the TMY tool)
The average of the mean wind speed in the set is 18.7m/s. Which is too high for surface conditions. On checking the metadata, I can't find a reference to the source or altitude of measurement etc.
The output .csv has no headers and is not formated as a "standard" TMY. For my uses a format similar to "Users Manual for TMY3 Data Sets - NREL", section 1.4, is prefered.
