Baselayer not showing until certain zoom-level

Hi,

I just figured out that on Android Mobile Devices (not all of them, mine does work) the basemaps are not showing until i zoom to a certain level. It happens with all baselayers, probably all not-vector-layers. I attached a picture of https://nsw.digitaltwin.terria.io/ but it happens also on nationalmap and my own instance (https://maps.leylines.net). It happens on all tested browsers (Chrome, Brave, Firefox). It does not happen with the developer-tools on a Laptop in mobile-view.

When i attach the device to my laptop with USB-Debugging i see no errors in the console, but i don't see basemap-traffic in the network-tab.

Could you share details of the devices on which the bug can be reproduced so it is easier to test this out?

OnePlus 10 Pro 5G, Android 15, OxygenOS 15.0, NE2213_15.0.0.401

Not working:
Fairphone 5 5G, Android 14, Build-Nummer FP5.UT2L.B.107.20250218
Aquaris X, Android 8.1.0, Build-Nummer 2.11.0_20191121-1509

It is also not working on the device of my daugther, will send you the infos later when she is back home :-)

Can you reproduce the problem on a device? Let me know if I can help you in any way. I have Android Studio installed on my Mac, but the virtual devices in Android Studio do not have this problem.
