The documentation Cloning and Building recommends yarn v1.19.0 or later, but version is fixed in .yarnrc to 1.18.0 (yarn-path ".yarn/releases/yarn-1.18.0.js"). Thank you, Jörg |

There were issues in past with newer versions of yarn 1.x, but we are using yarn 1.19 for quite some time. I plan to retest if everything works correctly with the latest 1.x and bump it |
