rich.control and Control seem to be undocumented

I saw Console has a .control method and wanted to try using it, but it expects a Control which I couldn't find any documentation for. I then looked at the source to find that Control lives in rich.control and when searching for rich.control I also was unable to find any documentation.

I don't know if this is not meant to be a public API or if it's just not documented yet, but since a documented function expects Control as an argument something should probably be done one way or the other.
