Add a Popup or screen while querying for the Dashboard

Right now on wallet connect there are queries run to see what page cards will be shown to the user but as that is happening the logic causes the visuals to scroll through the options based on the current queried info.

This issue would show the default dashboard (minus any of the page or Quick Action cards) with a sign that says something about "Queries in Progress" until they are all done.
