Loop & Unloop functionality

Loop: mint, swap, deposit
Unloop: withdraw, swap, repay

Not sure where this will fit yet so just create the functions to do so. We'd loop or unloop at an LTV. There will have to be calculations done to figure out how much to repay & withdraw, the minting can be done to an LTV by the contract.
