GUI crash when trying to open .odb

I'm experiencing a GUI crash when attempting to open a .odb file after routing for debugging. I've downloaded and installed the latest OpenROAD package:

Installed Package Version: openroad_2.0-16697-gf0ccb57a7_amd64-ubuntu20.04-2.0-16697-gf0ccb57a7.deb

However, the crashes persist even with this latest version.
