AppxPackages "failed to remove" -> special profiles not allowed

Hi guys,

we get the message from time to time at irregular intervals that AppxPackages could not be removed because the special profile is not allowed.

Sorry I have this error messages only in german:

Unfortunately, I don't know why the error occurs "sometimes" and then not again.

The question is, should we allow special profiles to register/install AppXPackages there? Does anyone know this policy / or error and can say whether it would be bad or not if it were allowed?
