TUI based configuration disabled on 'config/template/config-test.conf' userpatch build

The TUI based configuration seems to become a disintegrated command line configuration when using config/templates/config-test.conf in userpatches when KERNEL_CONFIGURE="yes" with enabled.

config-test.conf - this file is designed to make a minimal set on the command line.
If the parameter is entered both there and there, the one that is on the command line will be applied.

KERNEL_KEEP_CONFIG="yes" - The configuration file will be taken from
the userpatches/output/config folder and will be overwritten there after the changes.

@The-going - What I was trying to explain is that the usual armbian/build Textual UI does not work with your modified build system.

I have to modify

armbian-build/config/templates/config-test.conf

Line 13 in d397e5c

KERNEL_CONFIGURE="yes"

to KERNEL_CONFIGURE="no" to avoid the kernel configuration all together otherwise I get the above output as a Q&A based configuration rather than the normal armbian.build TUI.
