`bevy_lint --fix`

cargo fix and cargo clippy --fix support automatically fixing machine-applicable suggestions. We should support a --fix flag, which will make the driver be run through cargo fix instead of cargo check.

I'm currently refactoring the bevy_lint code in rm-rustup-and-driver-path, so this should probably be put on hold until that is merged
