Manually removed build specifications to resolve nothing provides requested error for sgt_contructor.py

Hi!

Reporting this in case anyone runs into the same problem I did :)

When trying to run sgt_contructor.py, I got the following error:

Creating conda environment /cluster/projects/nn8118k/bin/conda/fisher/bin/bmge.yaml...
Downloading and installing remote packages.
CreateCondaEnvironmentException:
Could not create conda environment from /cluster/projects/nn8118k/bin/conda/fisher/bin/bmge.yaml:
Encountered problems while solving:
  - nothing provides requested font-ttf-inconsolata ==3.000 h77eed37_0
  - nothing provides requested font-ttf-source-code-pro ==2.038 h77eed37_0
  - nothing provides requested pip ==22.3.1 pyhd8ed1ab_0
  - nothing provides requested setuptools ==65.5.1 pyhd8ed1ab_0
  - nothing provides requested wheel ==0.38.4 pyhd8ed1ab_0

I then manually removed the build information from the bmge.yaml file. For example, I had to replace font-ttf-inconsolata=3.000=h77eed37_0 with font-ttf-inconsolata=3.000 to successfully create the bmge environment.

Maybe future versions of PhyloFisher could include yaml files without the build specifications?
