Wrong dates after uploading to icloud

So basically some photos have right date after upload and some just dont? Many photos get 2 days old date. From what I see all wrong photos are originally from: whatsapp, messenger, snapchat or downloaded from other source. While other photos have creation date, files with snapchat, received , bereal etc. in their name have no date. They have modification gate right but when i hover over them i cant see date like in normal pictures took with my phone
