Will photo description be copied from json?

Hello,
thank you for the cool tool.
I have one question I found no information about it. I have a lot of pictures in Google Photos I added a description. This description is written down in the json file, too.
After running gpth, I cannot see the description in any exif data of the output file. Did I miss something or is this metadata not copied to the output file?
