Allow specifying reasoning effort for supporting models #696
Description
Some of the OpenAI models (e.g. o4-mini) can accept an additional parameter that controls the effort it spends on reasoning.
It would be good to be able to provide this parameter when using sgpt.
I have hacked a local implementation that shows it's possible, but not sure when I will have time to open a PR.
