• Fix the streaming issue on Orange Pi introduced in 2.4.0

• Use RTSP provided by the new camera stack to reduce the streaming latency to less than 2s. Set PTIONS=--rtsp-port=8554 in /boot/camera-streamer/use-default.conf.
