as of version 1.11 of performant for mc 1.12 the mod does nothing but make a config file, i don't see any need for it to be kept on the list

i have asked someaddon for comment on this but they didnt get back to me, but you can see by the file size and opening the file (as all jar files are zip files) you can see the file has been gutted to remove everything but config file creation
