[BUG]: When exiting the app when a video is loaded, it rebuffers it again when going back in.

What happened?

It looks like when exiting the foreground while a video is loaded, it reloads the video again meaning we have to buffer the video again.

I don't know if this is intended or not any insight would be helpful.

Step to reproduce this bug are:

1. Play a video make sure it is loaded
2. exit the app
3. go back into the app
4. observe the video rebuffed again.
