[BUG]: [Android] UI FPS drops almost to 30 for specific video urls

What happened?

For certain video urls, massive UI drops. If video stops, then FPS comes back to 60.
Please help me out here. We have production ready app, our users cannot scroll the list smoothly.
on iOS, it is working fine.

Hi 👋 I think it's 30 fps because your video is 30 fps. I didn't tested but try this

• assure you to the view is Texture view , not surface view by default, you speak about Scroll so you have animation
• try patch and edit this line and add this (HybridVideoPlayer.kt)
  = ExoPlayer.Builder(context)
  .setVideoChangeFrameRateStrategy(C.VIDEO_CHANGE_FRAME_RATE_STRATEGY_OFF)

yes the video was 30 fps. After the patch, fps doesn't drop now. I'm just wondering, if the above changes are fine for long term production apps.
