.github folders are mostly boiler plate copied over to new projects. The majority of this folder can be generated automatically.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add an option to generate a .github folder instead of a README. Generate the following:
- Issue templates
- Funding.yml
- Workflow CI

Additional context
The .github folder on this project will be a good example of what we want.
