No menu appears by right clicking on a tab, if not focused #139

It might be a small one but feels a certain amount of friction.

How to reproduce:

Start Chronos
Open multiple tabs
Right-click on any tab where not focused

No menu appears.

In comparison, often used browsers such as Google Chrome and Firefox could show a menu with the same operation even if the tab was not focused.
