End transitional measures by removing the mis-spelled global variable TBGlobal_SCHME

Describe the bug

TBGlobal_SCHME, which has already been fixed to TBGlobal_SCHEME, still works even though the ChronosSG users are

• no longer running v13.1.112.0 or earlier,
• or not using the redirect feature.

To Reproduce

Use the misspelled TB_Global_SCHME in a redirect script

Expected behavior

That doesn't work anymore.
