[Feature Request] Seasonal Event Warning.

What should happen

Some people might think their game bugged out when they launch it on Oct 31st and the Halloween weather kicks in.
I suggest showing a warning like this:

followed by "To disable seasonal events, go to Pause Menu, switch to the Game tab and set Seasonal Events to Off."

• Check the latest git build in case it's already implemented.
• Search for other requests of the same feature.

The Seasonal event warning is a good idea, but should be even clearer and say:
"Seasonal Event on: Happy Halloween"
"Seasonal Event on: Happy Christmas"

they really need to stop forcing these Seasonal Events on people, they ain't well implemented.

if the "Screen filter" option can cycle between options instantly, so should "Season Events" and not require a full restart to turn the filter off!

I was so confused why this happened. I actually like the film grain in it but I don't want it based on some event. Wish fusionfix would add film grain option.

If you add [Cheats] section to the ini and type in halloweencheat = 1 it will always stay on. Same with the snow. I can’t remember the exact keyword for the Halloween and snow but if you look at the “closed” issues in GitHub he released a way to toggle it from the pause menu so you don’t have to call or wait for a date

Yes, you can also turn it on and off by dialing the phone number. However, I'd really like a toggle to have the "film grain/noise" this mod offers which is not present in the vanilla base game or fusionfix as a feature. It really adds this complex feeling of classic mobster movies like Goodfellas, the classic film grain effect like you're in a classic. It also makes bland lightning or dark shades at times in the game more exciting :)

TLAD does have film grain but it doesn't have any controllability. I did create a thread.

You can just turn off the seasonal events in the pause menu 🤷‍♀️

And in response to the film grain, I’ve noticed what you’re talking about now. If I’m not mistaken it seems to be the same thing when the snow mod is installed just less grainy but it adds a nice cinematic tone to it. If someone can figure out what that file is that be great
