[Feature Request] Toggle option for more film grain similar to Halloween effects.

What should happen

Would it be possible to have an option which generates film grain vibe with subtle aesthetic colour changes without limited Halloween effects? Something like a greater film grain effect option which can be adjusted, turned on or off, without the heavy red color.

These screenshots were captured with seasonal effects on with Halloween effects. It really adds to the aesthetic.
