Raw mouse during mixed input

What should happen

Hi, thanks for the mod, i'm really enjoying it for the most of it.

Unfortunately there is a small oversight in the raw mouse fix

I use mouse + analog keyboard, the keyboard emulates controller input (left analog stick + triggers for analog driving)

Whenever there is left stick input and simultaneous mouse input, the mouse goes crazy, not raw mouse anymore

Perhaps we could have raw mouse during mixed input aswell
