[Feature Request] Hud scaling for higher resolutions

What should happen

So I know there's an option to make the phone bigger, but is it possible to have some sort of universal jumbo hud? I play on 3440x1440 and the phone, radar and weapons are quite tiny lol

it's not UNPLAYABLE, but if you don't ask you don't get i suppose

sorry about the request (especially if this isn't just a slider or something, or if it's already in the ini and i'm stupid)
