Splinter Cell 1 and should in theory work for SC2.

Request for a mod that will change the default walk speed upon start up.
Essentially with lots of tinkering to the .ini file, I have managed to get full controller support, however; You need to adjust the walk speed manually at the start of each level/checkpoint to the fastest speed.
Once set at the fast walk/run speed manually, full joystick movement with speed acceleration can be achieved. This however will reset with each checkpoint.

Wondered if there was a mod to the that can default the game's walk speed to maximum without having to manually set it each time.

How is related to widescreen fix, what are you requesting exactly? The only game I've looked into controls is Splinter Cell Essentials, for SC1 and 2 widescreen fix doesn't offer any control related options.

Thought it may be something you'd have knowledge in

I can take a look when I have time, but not sure what is that exactly you're trying to achieve? When the game loads level, player speed is set to a minimum until you scroll the wheel, and you want it to be on max value instead? I just don't understand how is that related to controller.

Yeah that's correct. Max value by default

With current .ini file tweaks, you have to manually adjust the speed to maximum each time for the controller joystick to work with speed acceleration properly

Seems like it's not easily achievable, but I managed to use a workaround that produces the result you want, I think.

Can you test this version and let me know if this works for you?

This works perfect! Thank you

Can you also implement the same for Pandora Tomorrow?

I think so, didn't have time to do it right away, but I hope to take a look in a couple of hours.

Pandora is a bit different, but patched code should work the same.
