Scroll wheel numbers #217
Description
Im currently making myself a layout and i want to make the numbers on the scroll wheel up & down, but i cannot seem to find a good solution/even having a solution...
The only thing i can do is making the text out of windows visible bounds, which is okay with me but is there another way (even if i should alter with the program's code.)
