Ability to select devices to include

I don't want to expose all the devices connected to my Starling Hub via this integration. I'm currently disabling those devices currently.

Describe the solution you'd like

Update the configuration flow to allow me to select which devices to include in this integration

Describe alternatives you've considered

I'm currently disabling. That works and I understand if it's too hard to do this feature request.

Additional context

I have an a/c exposed via Starling Hub when I expose it in the integration I don't get any a/c information.

I don't think it's fair to expect your integration to handle all device types, so being able to exclude devices seems like a fair compromise.

Thanks for submitting & I will keep this open in case anyone else wants to submit a PR for it, but unlikely i'll get to this any time soon given the workaround of disabling devices works and persists
