Possible to add topics to issues to separate out which lecture it belongs to.

We want to use one repository for the entire course. Let's say, a student has a comment on one specific lecture. He/she makes an issue here on GitHub. Possibly then all people responsible for the course material gets pinged. Ideally, only the person responsible for the specific lecture for which the issue was created should be pinged. How can we solve this?

I know that when you write the issue within a project, you can make sure there is a template text available. We should make such a template text. Never done it, not sure now.

We could also based on that assign labels to make it clear from the issue list view.
