New Recipe PopUp Shows a lot of Confusing Text #99

The new recipe PopUp shows a lot of confusing text, for new users. What is this used for? As an advanced TW user I have no clue.
What I would expect is a helpful text for new users.
The "Advanced" configuration options should be hidden with at DETAILS element or something similar.
