Mac Apple Silicon install file corrupted

Hi there-- I tried to download TiddlyWiki and got a popup: '"TiddlyDesktop.app" is damaged and cannot be opened. You should move it to trash'

I did see the note on approving the security exemption on mac. Tiddly was not listed to approve or deny. I also have successfully approved plenty of apps in this way.

I am having the same issue. However, the 64bit version installs and runs OK.

This is a duplicate issue. Refer to #294 where a workaround is proposed.
