Links of the form [title](url)

Hi,

It is common when dragging links and using git hub and other sources, including browser tools for links of the form
Links of the form [title](url) to be available. As I understand it this is a mark down standard, Wikipedia, GitHub and more.

Currently the link operates but the rest is presented as text.

I am wondering if it would be possible to add to the existing wikitext rules in TiddlyWiki to enable such markup. Even if it is only with an opt-in. This should not replace [[linkaname|link]] or other methods such as http:// etc... just provide this additional form.

We may then include this form in the relink plugin.
