Making control panel items searchable

It would be very handy to be able to search across the whole control panel. We could have a search box above the tabs. To be able to search control panel tabs regardless of how they are tagged we'd maybe need to add a new "$:/tags/ControlPanel/Searchable" tag.

Hi @danielo515 to do the searching we'll need a filter to restrict the search to control panel tiddlers. At the moment, control panel tiddlers are identified by independent tags for each tab: $:/tags/ControlPanel/Info, $:/tags/ControlPanel/Settings, $:/tags/ControlPanel, $:/tags/ControlPanel/Advanced, $:/tags/ControlPanel/Toolbars, $:/tags/ControlPanel/Appearance.

So, currently, the filter would be clumsy because it would have to mention each specific tag, and would need to be updated each time we add another tag to the control panel as we reorganise it. My proposal is to introduce an additional tag that is added to each control panel tiddler. Not only does it simplify the filter expression used for searching, but it makes it possible for a tab to opt in or out of searching according to whether it includes the tag $:/tags/Search/ControlPanel.
