Integrate TalkyTalky as a reusable edition

We should integrate the TalkyTalky theme/templates as a reusable presentation edition of TiddlyWiki.

I really like the idea of different tiddlywiki editions for different purposes. It would be great if a blank presentation edition was out there and easy to get (and to point to).

+1 Every tool for spreading TW is potentially very valuable. Hopefully it will trigger use and forks.

+1. There could be a talkytalky presentation on how to set up a talkytalky presentation, sort of equivalent to what tw.com is for tw. The UI is different for talkytalky so some guidance would be welcome.
