[IDEA] Extend tm-modal to allow message parameters to customise modal

The modal mechanism currently relies on fields within the tiddler to be displayed to customise the behaviour and appearance of the modal. It is proposed to allow parameters to the tm-modal message to be used instead of fields in the tiddler to be displayed.
