[BUG] Unexpected UX on pasting image from clipboard

Describe the bug

pasting an image from clipboard to a tiddy note defaults to image.png naming, which has overwriting behavior.

you can change the name, however there is an unexpected behavior here.
if you change the name, and forget to click on checkmark at the right, and click on import, name change doesn't work, and it overwrites the image.png tiddy.

Expected behavior

when name is changed and clicked on import it should use the newly inputted name

This is a known problem. IMO there should be an issue, but I can not find it atm
