default edit text is incorrect when theme is using non-standard name for EditTemplate

This was reported on google groups, but I have not been able to find the posting again.  Nevertheless, the problem is clear: there was one remaining hard-coded occurence of the literal "EditTemplate" string within the source.  The fix is to use the current assigned value from config.tiddlerTemplates[...]
