Scandinavic characters in filenames

If I upload an attachment file with name that contains scandinavic characters (åäö), they're not displayed correctly on the attachment list of invoice.

Hmm, seems to work for me... This might be a character-encoding thing (I am looking at you Windows 👀 )

Might be a frontend issue then, I used the official frontend

I changed the frontend to URL encode filenames, should the backend also be updated to handle that? See PR:
