Description
Here are some suggestions that would make the dashboard and chat experience better:

Merge the Monitor view with the Chat view. Or: Make it possible to see all chats in a simple menu in the Monitor view (like in the Chat view) where you can navigate between all chats, including those that are unassigned and assigned to others. This is standard in other well known chat solutions.
It is hard to navigate between different chats, if you cooperate close in a team and need to get in to unassigned chats and chats assigned to others to take over. -
Make it possible to reassign conversation to unassigned

Feature to deactivate the review (star) feature after closing chat.

Make it possible to close a chat without notifying the customer. This way the customer can reply later on, and the conversation history will be easily accessible.

Limit e-mail notifications sent to customer in the same conversation to only messages from an agent. Today customers get e-mails with bot messages, which can be annoying.
