How to flash?

Hi there!

I have made the custom board from the creator of the board. However, since there is no USB on the board I'm having difficulties understanding how I can connect the USB to UART converter to the chip and flash it.

Can someone explain this to me please?

Flash the esp with a UART-Device just like here.

then use ESPHOME Web, (create a .bin with a working esphome instance) and upload the bin.
