error build: Unable to resolve build file: XCBCore.BuildFile (The workspace has a reference to a missing target with GUID 'PACKAGE-TARGET:CGDK')

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Xcode build

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: macOS 13.0 Beta (22A5331f)
Version of Tokamak: 0.11.0

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

Device: iPhone 13 Pro
OS: iOS 16

Additional context
Version 14.0 beta 5 (14A5294e)

Are you targeting WebAssembly? If so, you should probably build with Carton.
