so i use namespace ,not room

  io.of("/chat").unwrap()
        .emit(&payload.room,&payload.msg).ok();

after try this code will send a broadcast to that namespace.

Yes, this is the right way to do this. You can also store the socket id somewhere and use get_socket on the io struct.
