Inspect Multiple Tres instances on devtools

As a developer using Tres, I would like to be able to inspect multiple instances of Tres using the Vue and Nuxt dev tools

Suggested solution

#1013 introduces a uuid per context that can be use to leverage the orchestation on the devtools for this feature
