Drop-Dash possible on wall and ground

I assumed it'd be easy, but I'm having a pretty hard time making a Drop-Dash possible on walls, & the same thing goes for making it possible on ground and walls. Does anyone have a general concept I could try to mimic? Or know of a way to do it? It's been gnawing at me for a while now.
