Gamemaker update screws with level intro

The new gamemaker that just came out had messed with the loading of the level titles. When the banner comes into frame, the score/time/ring hud is displayed over it. Is there a way to fix this?

EDIT: I have found that the update makes Sol Framework unable to run (possibly due to it being long-term stable).

For me, my entire fangame will not open at all, like Sol. I wonder why that is...I think the error message had something to do with shaders & reflections?

Ill see if messing with the shader might fix something.
as for your fangame, which version of OF2 is it on?

i wonder if its possible to downgrade the version of game maker, although it could have adverse effects on our games.

My fangame is on the newest version of OF2. It definitely messed with the framework
