I love the feature to open PDF documents and notes with an external program, and then reupload those changes into Trilium via the dialog.
Would it be possible to add a setting such that this process is automated? As far as I understand it, the opened file is presented to external programs via a virtual filesystem, and Trilium is notified on every change (such that it can show the dialog).
It would be great to have the possibility to automatically upload the file into the database, skipping the dialog entirely.
This makes the integration much more seamless, and prevents losing work when forgetting to press the button 😄
