Cannot edit ReadOnly note in quick edit

When opening a note in quick edit that is a ReadOnly note, there is no way to edit the note:

This is expected behavior: notes marked as ReadOnly cannot be edited directly in quick edit mode. This is enforced by design in both the UI and backend—quick edit checks the readOnly attribute and disables editing for those notes. To edit a ReadOnly note, you need to click the pencil icon to switch to edit mode in the main editor, not in quick edit mode. You can set or remove the readOnly label on a note to control this, and if a note is automatically set to read-only due to its size, adding the autoReadOnlyDisabled label will keep it editable see docs and discussion. There’s no indication this is a bug or regression; it’s the intended workflow.

@dosu I suspect @meichthys is making the case that such notes should feature the same pencil icon as when they are viewed through the "normal" editor (hence aligning "quick edit" and "normal" viewing modes).
